How do you get your CNA license reinstated?

Depending on the reason it was lost in the first place you may not be able to get it back at all.  A Certified Nurse Aid reinstatement application can be filled out which means someone will have to decide to reinstate you, and that means anything can happen.  The decision will most likely be based on your history and the reason your CNA was taken away in the first place.

You’ll have to get an application form from the office of licensing for the state you’re in, or you could try another state.  Some states may be more lenient than others.
