Sowbugs, or woodlouse, are those little pill bugs, or potatoe bugs. They are small land arthropods. As with anything living they do have DNA, all animals, bugs, plants, even bacteria have DNA. DNA is the blueprint for life and each living thing has a different DNA.

DNA is a molecule that tells cells what protein to make, with the help of RNA, a translator of sorts.

How sowbugs or other living creatures have DNA is currently unknown although there are many theories both religious and scientific.
