It can help if we cut back on sugar. From here we can more determine when we are thirsty and will then drink more water.
Another tip is to bring a bottle of water with us wherever we go and take small sips of it. It can be hard to drink a whole glass of water, especially when we are busy doing 100 other things in the day. But taking frequent sips from a bottle of water can add up to 8 glasses when the day is done.
One other thing we can do is drink a glass of water in the morning and one just before bed From there, we can start having a glass with each meal. That will equate to 5 glasses right there, making you well on your way to drinking that illustrious 8 glasses a day.
