I have missed my cycle for almost 2 months now but home pregnancy tests keep coming up negative. Could I be pregnant even if home test show negative? I have been having some nausea and vomiting the past couple of days and feeling really tired.

It certainly sounds like you’re pregnant, although there are other potential reasons for you to have missed your cycle for two months straight, especially if you’re stressed out about being pregnant or not. 

While home tests are typically decent tests they are not as accurate as a test that your doctor will perform.  If you want to be sure then you should visit your doctor and have him perform a test.  The tiredness and nausea may be psychological but they are typical signs of pregnancy.
