The best way to rapidly strip body fat is to ingest fewer calories than you expend. That doesn’t mean starve yourself because that will cause your body to become protective of its energy and you won’t lose weight well, you’ll just become unhealthy.
The best thing you can do is start jogging, or doing some kind of cardiovascular workout. Eat some carbohydrates about an hour before you run, then eat some protein, like tuna, after your run. They avoid snacking on things that are high in fat, snack on fruits and vegetables. You’ll lose weight pretty quickly, but if you’re not just losing a bit of fat from your belly, but you’re serious about losing a significant amount of weight you should start off slow. Don’t push your self physically, let your body gradually get to a point that it can take a decently long run.
Remember to eat healthy. If you’re exercising you can almost eat as much as you want as long as you’re eating fruits and vegetables to fill yourself up.
