A perforation in your uterus may heal on its own, although I strongly suggest you visit your doctor to see if surgery is required. You may end of up with internal scaring, an infection, or even damage to other organs. Since you already have a hole in your uterus you will almost certainly have to have a cesarean the next time you have a child as well, although from what I hear from women that’s not something you necessarily should complain about.
Despite my joke a hole in your uterus is a serious thing and you should see a doctor about it as soon as possible.
