Everyone is at least a little different so your boyfriend may have a little more skin on his penis than other uncircumcised men. That could lead to more infections than he obviously wants. Although I trust that your boyfriend is a hygienic person, it takes a lot of care to avoid infections if you are susceptible to them.
If it is very often I suggest that your boyfriend visit a doctor to see if he has any medical advice for him. Show him this link in the meantime and see if there is something in it that he is not already doing.
