I have a four pack just above my belly button, but when it gets to my belly, its just all fat. Is there anyway I can get rid of just this bit without losing weight anywhere else?

Unfortunately no, there is no way to safely remove fat from one particular area.  The good news is that if you’re already slim you shouldn’t lose fat from other places on your body as quickly as you will lose weight from the area that is most fatty.  For example if you start jogging you may lose a tiny bit of weight from your legs or face, but the bulk of the fat loss will be from your heaviest deposits, in your case your lower abdomen.

Another idea you could try is working out with weights.  You may be able to add some weight to areas that you don’t want to be thinner than they already are.  Not only will you look the way you want to look, but your joints will thank you for the added muscular support.

Here’s a link that may further help, in any case it backs up my claim.
