How much you weigh will make an impact on how many calories you are burning, although I don’t think that will affect the amount of burned calories by a significant amount.  That being said the below information about how many calories are burned when doing various exercises are based on my own height and weight.

Chopping wood, which would burn more calories if you’re a smaller person, since you’re probably not as strong would burn about 522 calories an hour, comparable to carrying and stacking wood which would burn about 435 calories an hour.

There are a few types of aerobics here’s a quick breakdown.  Low impact aerobic would burn about 435 calories an hour, high impact 609, aerobics that using a 6
