Heather Graham opts for the latter.

To bra or not to bra, that is the question.

It seems there are quite a few.  The links at the bottom claim that wearing a bra will increase the chances of breast cancer by a large margin.  The blood flow increase by not wearing a bra will also reduce the chances of fibrocystic breast disease.  The evidence is preliminary but either way it doesn’t mean that wearing a bra isn’t doing some damage anyway.

A bra is or at least can be a very tight fitting item of clothing.  Often the skim around and under the breast is red and depressed, like when you fall asleep with your face on a fridge magnet in the shape of the letter L, hopefully you’ll not do this with your forehead.  Putting your skin though that kind of pressure for many hours a day can’t be good.  There is a lot of blood flood in that area as well and I know it’s never good to impede blood flow.

Wearing a bra also does not help the muscle stay strong, the stronger this muscle is the less sag a breast will have.  Lets face it bra burning wasn’t just an act of feminism; it was an act of health!
